The Deaconess - Glenwood Community Health Center is a school-based health clinic that can provide additional primary care services to students, families and community members in need of a medical home. It is a collaboration between Deaconess and the EVSC. The Deaconess-Glenwood Community Health Center serves neighborhood residents, students, families, and staff of Glenwood Leadership Academy.
